Bradworthy is an ancient Saxon settlement that boasts the largest square in the West Country. It supports a scattered local community of farms and hamlets.

The property is only 3 miles from the Cornish border, in an area that consists of meadowland and moorland, with high hedges and quiet lanes full of wild flowers. The people are friendly and the pace of life is slow.
